Lasse Hallström’s Casanova is not fantastic, but it’s fun and charming and I liked it. Costume wise it’s pretty horrible, lots of outfits that look like cheap masquerade costumes and many ugly wigs. But there’s one exception and that’s Victoria, played by Natalie Dormer. Her outfits are beautiful and she was also by far my favourite character in this movie. I loved her.
